Maestro partnered with Prime, based in Sweden, to produce this case-study testimonial for Jim’s Steaks on South, showcasing Torks’ Ad-A-Glance product. The short docu-style video establishes the history of the business and how it has overcome a myriad of challenges over the years, becoming an irreplaceable institution on the cheesesteak scene of Philadelphia. One of those challenges has been marketing their catering business and Tork’s point of sale displays were the answer this restaurant needed to promote a side of their famed business that many did not know about.
